CTKO TAILGATING TIPS: MINI CORN DOGS

MINI CORN DOGS

1 box of Cornbread Mix

1 egg

1/3 cup milk

½ cup sharp cheddar cheese

4 jumbo Zeigler franks sliced in half inch pieces

Mix together cornbread mix as per directions. Add muffin mixture to mini muffin pan.  Filling muffin tins only 2/3 full. Place a hot dog segment in top of each muffin. Bake @ 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serve with ketchup and mustard. Makes 24 mini corn dogs.
