HAM PINWHEELS
- Six 8-inch soft flour tortillas
- Two 8-ounce containers softened cream cheese
- 3-4 finely chopped green onions
- 1 package thin-sliced Zeigler deli ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Toothpicks, for securing pinwheels
Mix cream cheese, cheddar, ham and green onions thoroughly. Spread mixture onto each tortilla, as close to edge as possible.Tightly roll each tortilla and secure with toothpick. Refrigerate for up to 1 hour. To serve, remove from refrigerator and remove toothpick. With a very sharp knife slice tortilla roll into 1-inch slices. Place on tray and serve.
