Coping with national tragedies: Tips for survivors, family, friends

In the aftermath of the tragic shooting in Texas on Tuesday we talked with Dr. Robert McKinney today.  Dr. McKinney is the director of University Medical Center’s Office of Case Management and an assistant professor of Social Work with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine.   We’d asked him questions about how we can all begin to cope with tragedies like this and how grief councilors will work to help families of the victims and children who survived deal with this horrible incident.

Here is the full interview with Dr. McKinney.
