BUSINESSES IN UNDERSERVED AREAS IN TUSCALOOSA

Jim Page, President of the Chamber Of Commerce of West Alabama says he would like to see more businesses in some underserved areas in Tuscaloosa.

He says those areas are West End, Alberta, parts of Skyland and the Eastern part of the city.

Page says the chamber are planning a meeting with Brokers and Developers to explain to them what action they need to take in order to promote growth in these areas.

The first meeting will be later this month.
