<p class=”x_MsoNormal”>A school that almost didn’t have a choir program this year was singing to honor veterans today.</p><p class=”x_MsoNormal”>Buhl Elementary school hosted a Veterans Day concert featuring songs from the different eras America has fought in a war.</p><p class=”x_MsoNormal”>“We appreciate our veterans,” said Sarah Beams with the Tuscaloosa Music Club. “We need to show them the respect and honor and love that they deserve. We’re so grateful for them.”</p><p class=”x_MsoNormal”>Volunteer choir directors with the Tuscaloosa Music Club donated their time every Friday to help prepare students to sing.</p><p class=”x_MsoNormal”>“Our kids are capable of so much,” Beams said. “We want to instill confidence in them, so that they feel like they can get up in front of an audience and conquer the world.”</p><p class=”x_MsoNormal”>The Tuscaloosa Music Club is an Adopt-A-School partner with Buhl Elementary making sure the students will have music in their lives for years to come.</p>
