AUTISM-FOCUSED NONPROFIT WILL HOST FIRST-EVER EVENT IN AUGUST

Hannahs Hope

A nonprofit called Hannah’s Hope is trying to get the word out about their first-ever community event.

Hannah’s Hope focuses on autism. They try to help families living with autism get the services they need for free, or a very low cost.

“If you don’t take care of yourself, you can’t take care of anyone else,” said Hannah’s Hope Clinical Director Christie Gibson. “We are trying to provide those resources to clients that they can get the help they need at a cost they can afford.”

Hannah’s Hope’s first community event is set for Aug. 3 at Snow Hinton Park.
