AUTHORITIES INVESTIGATE AFTER BODY FOUND IN BIBB COUNTY

Bibb County Sheriff Office says a man’s body was found Wednesday night at 5:20pm in a wooded area on Academy Road in Brierfield.

An Alabama State Trooper tell us the victim is a white male between the ages of 35 and 50 years old.

The sheriff’s office has called in the State Bureau of Investigation to assist.

State troopers say this incident is being investigating as a death investigation, not a homicide investigation.
