The University of Alabama will be waiving application fees from Mon. Oct. 18 through Fri. Oct. 22 for both domestic and international students applying for undergraduate and graduate admissions.

Free App Week was put in place to remove any financial barriers that may keep some students from applying to UA.

“UA continues to be a sought-after destination for talented undergraduate students,” said Dr. Matthew McLendon, associate vice president and executive director of enrollment management at UA. “In fact, we just welcomed the largest first-year class in the history of the institution. Free App Week expands our reach and gives all students the opportunity to discover how UA can be a great fit for them.”

Potential undergraduate students must submit their applications, including transcripts, by 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 22 to get the application fee waived. Applicants must also submit all of their contact information here.
