Two new stores selling designer jeans and comfy undies are moving to Midtown Village next month.

With the help of Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors, American Eagle and Aerie are set to open locations in Tuscaloosa’s largest outdoor shopping center on Thursday, July 14 at 9 a.m.

“We are thrilled to add two more retailers that cater to the college-age demographic in Tuscaloosa. These brands will deliver on-trend essentials we know our shoppers will enjoy,” said Mary Beyer Lell, who is head of leasing at the Birmingham-based real estate company, in a statement.

Both owned by American Eagle Outfitters, American Eagle and Aerie will occupy two units spanning 4,000 square feet near Francesca’s and Southern Roots Salon.

The grand opening for the two stores will feature a live DJ, giveaways and flowers by Bloom Flower Truck.
