WVUA 23 and the Murphy African-American Museum honor Rev. Lorenzo Bonner.
Bonner is the senior pastor of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, where he’s served for 13 years.
He is a faithful supporter of Child Abuse Prevention Services, The University of Alabama Afro-American Choir, Stillman College, Shelton State, the YMCA of Tuscaloosa and various other youth programs.
