Alabama’s Hidden History: Erica Grant

WVUA 23 and the Murphy African-American Museum honor Erica Grant.

Grant is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, author, advocate and an active member of Oasis C.M.E Church where she founded the gem’s Ministry for Girls.

She’s also a member of the Tuscaloosa City Board of Education and sits on the mayor’s framework steering committee.

She currently teaches at Stillman College, owns several local businesses, and released her first book in 2017.
