The 2019-20 Alabama women’s basketball schedule is officially complete with the announcement of the Southeastern Conference matchups, which includes 16 regular-season SEC games.

The Crimson Tide returns 11 players from last year’s roster, tying the record for the most in the SEC. Four of the five starters are back, including its top three scorers: senior Cierra Johnson, junior Jasmine Walker and redshirt junior Jordan Lewis.

The schedule will be divided into eight games at home and eight on the road. The schedule consists of a single game with 10 teams and a home and away with Auburn, whom the Crimson Tide play every year. This year, the team will play Texas A&M and Kentucky in a rotation.

Alabama’s conference play will start Thursday, Jan. 2 facing LSU in Baton Rouge. They will then face South Carolina Jan. 5 and Kentucky on Jan. 9. Then on Jan. 12, they face Auburn, Tennessee on Jan. 20 and finally play three straight games in Coleman Coliseum with Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and Arkansas.

Alabama opens up February with a trip to Ole Miss on Feb. 2 and then to play Kentucky on Feb. 6. The Crimson Tide returns home for its second matchup with Auburn on Feb. 9 before facing Georgia Feb. 16. Alabama will finish out conference play with Florida at home Feb. 20, Mississippi State on Feb. 23, Texas A&M on Feb. 27 on the road and Missouri on Sunday, March 1.
