ALABAMA SENATE PASSES ANTI-ROAD RAGE ACT
The left lane is called the fast lane for a reason and Alabama’s legislatures want it to stay that way.
The Alabama Senate passed a bill that will make it illegal for a driver to go more than a mile and a half in the passing lane on an interstate highway without passing someone. It’s called the Anti-Road Rage Act and it is now headed to Gov. Kay Ivey’s desk for her signature.
The Anti-Road Rage Act does have some exceptions for weather and traffic.
