ALABAMA REPRESENTATIVE ARRESTED ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CHARGES

Alabama Representative Ralph Howard is arrested after admitting he shot out his ex-wife’s tires.

Howard says he was upset when she refused to talk with him about their children’s living arrangements.

The Representative says he will plead not guilty on Domestic Violence charges.
