ALABAMA PUBLIC RADIO FANS PUT THE ‘PUB’ BACK IN PUBLIC RADIO
Fans and listeners of Alabama Public Radio had the chance to and contribute to the network in person on Saturday.
The second annual “Putting the ‘Pub’ in Public Radio” fundraiser was held Saturday afternoon at Druid City Brewing Company.
Patrons enjoyed food, live music, and plenty of locally brewed beer with other fans and APR personalities.
Jennifer Davis, the event’s organizer, said that all the money raised goes back into the radio station to help bring programming to listeners.
If you’d live to donate to Alabama Public Radio, visit their website at apr.org.
