ALABAMA NATIONAL GUARD HAS 1,000 JOBS TO FILL

Ever wonder what it might be like to work for the Alabama National Guard? You can find out.

The Guard has more than 1,000 open job positions across the state, and officials are trying to get the word out.

The Guard is the third-largest employer in the state, and young men and women can acquire skills that translate into better career opportunities.

“Our jobs range from anything to engineering to infantry to human resources to logistics, aviation, health care, LTC Roger B. Benton said. “So we have a wide range of positions that we are trying to fill and they cover a wide gamut of career fields.”
