Alabama is in the middle of preparation for its homecoming game against Arkansas, completing two hours of full-pads at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields yesterday afternoon.

It will be the last home game for Alabama before a bye weekend during the first weekend of November. They then face No. 2 LSU.

Alabama’s offensive line was named to the Joe Moore Award midseason honor roll Tuesday. The line has helped the Crimson Tide average 513.4 yards per game of total offense, good for ninth in the country through seven games this season.

Junior safety Xavier McKinney was added to the Chuck Bednarik Award. This season, he has accounted for a team-best 53 tackles, which ranks sixth in the SEC.
