ALABAMA BASEBALL BOUNCES BACK TO BEAT NO. 12 AUBURN

Alabama baseball quickly rebounded from recent losses after defeating Auburn 6-3 on Tuesday.

After trailing by a run in the seventh inning, the Crimson Tide came from behind with a three-run eighth inning to get a victory over the No. 12 Tigers.

Drew Williamson continued his hot start to his freshman campaign. Williamson went 4-for-4 including a one-out double in the eighth to get the big inning started. In that same inning senior Joe Breaux hit a two-run double to give Alabama its third and final lead of the contest. Jeremy Randolph was credited with the win after he came in the top of the eighth inning. The Miamisburg, Ohio native went 2 and 1/3 innings shutouts allowing two hits and struck out two batters.

Alabama is back in action this weekend as The Crimson Tide travel to Gainesville, Florida to take on the Florida Gators. Game one of the weekend series is set for Friday, March 29 at 5:30 p.m. CT.
