ALABAMA AIRPORTS TO RECEIVE FUNDING FROM CARES ACT

More than $21 million will be dispersed to support Alabama airports. District 7 Rep. Terri Sewell announced the amount of funding that the CARES Act will provide for airports in Birmingham, Demopolis, Marion, Montgomery, Selma and Tuscaloosa. It’s part of the $1 billion allocated for airports within the CARES Act. The Tuscaloosa National Airport will receive $157,000.
