ACES FOOD TRUCK OFFERS FREE MEALS TO MEDICAL WORKERS, THEIR CHILDREN

The Aces food truck provided some free meals to healthcare professionals, first responders and their children. The food truck hoped to show these workers appreciation for their efforts to combat COVID-19.

Former Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough helped organize the event. He said that this is the time to help people who have been impacted by the virus.

“We thought that we could help a lot of people by giving them free food because we know they’re not, some of their jobs not in, some of the schools not in, and some kids that have kids that go to daycare, they have to sit at home,” Scarbrough said. They have to feed them three to four meals a day so we want to take a burden off their back and offer them with the free food and try to help them out as much as way possible.”

Aces hopes to hand out free meals again soon.
