4 charged in Moundville teen’s disappearance
Four men are facing charges after a 14-year-old girl was found safe in Virginia after going missing in Moundville.
The teen was located safe two days after she was reported missing earlier this month.
Christopher Sloan, 18, who is from Virginia, is in police custody there and is charged with aggravated sexual battery of a minor.
As first reported in the Moundville Times, James Hicks Jr., 28, of Brookwood, Adrian Bailey, 28, of Tuscaloosa and A’vonta Brown, 21, of Tuscaloosa were charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, which is a misdemeanor.
They may also be facing federal charges.
