RAIN EFFECTS

Tuscaloosa has seen three inches of rain in three days. Lots of people in West Alabama have mixed feelings about how the rain affects their lives and businesses.

Hannah Gann told WVUA she and her husband have been trying to build a house since December. They have been able to clear out the land since the beginning of April, but the rain has made them hold off.

Josh Meggs owns a lawn care and property services business. He said if you work outside, you have to be prepared for this kind of weather.

Bryan Finison, owner of Tree House Farm & Nursery said his business is weather dependent, so they work to set up their daily operations to not always be dependent on weather.

While the area did have a dry patch Friday afternoon, experts say to expect another inch of rain this weekend..
