Man Arrested in Dec. 1 Shooting

A 28-year-old man is facing attempted murder charges after a shooting Dec. 1. Bruce Thomas is accused of shooting at a victim just after 3:30 p.m. in the 500 block of 29th Place earlier this month. The victim was inside his vehicle during the shooting, and was not injured. His vehicle was struck numerous times.
