A  Tuscaloosa man was sentenced to 15 years in prison Friday for his involvement in the 2018 killing of a beloved convenience store clerk. Dewan Hampton was found guilty of manslaughter and theft last year. He and another man, Michael Burrell were both originally charged with felony murder. Shelia Britton passed away in July 2018
