2 INFANTS SENT TO DHR, 3 SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN METH LAB BUST

COTTONDALE – Two 6-month-old babies are in the custody of Alabama’s Department of Human Resources after a meth lab bust in Tuscaloosa County. Sgt. Alex Miles with the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office said agents with the West Alabama Narcotics Task Force discovered a methamphetamine lab on the 8700 block of Canyon Lake Road in Cottondale.

GAS PRICES CONTINUE RISING

Gas prices are on the rise. They’re up 3.8 cents a gallon in the past week, bringing Alabama’s average to $2.48 a gallon on Sunday, according to GasBuddy. NEW ADDITIONS TO TUSCALOOSA CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE K-9 UNIT
