2 KIDS, GRANDMOTHER SAFE AFTER CAR PLOWS THROUGH APARTMENT

Two children and their grandmother were mostly uninjured after the West Blocton apartment they were in was bulldozed by a car Monday afternoon.

Residents said that around 2 p.m., a car left the road and landed in an apartment on Main Street. Two children, ages 3 and 8, were in the room watching TV at the time.

Both children were trapped under the car, but neither were seriously injured..
