1 person injured in Tuscaloosa drive-by shooting Tuesday
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit is investigating after one person was injured during a drive-by shooting Tuesday evening.
According to investigators, the incident happened in the 3800 block of Greensboro Avenue, near the James I. Harrison Parkway intersection.
Someone fired gunshots from a vehicle and left one person injured, said Tuscaloosa Police Chief Brent Blankley.
“Officers responded out to this location on a report that we had a male shot,” Blankley said. “He went to the emergency room. He has non-life threatening injuries. Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit is currently en route and they’re gonna work the case.”
