1 IN CUSTODY AFTER ATTEMPTED ROBBERY AT SIMMONS GROCERY STORE

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: According to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s office, one suspect is in custody and police are actively searching for more at this time. The incident happened at Simmons Grocery Store on Highway 43 North, near the county line. Police say, the suspects were surprised by the owner and no one was hurt.
